Dealer Notes
Under the hood, the 2021 Wrangler Unlimited Sport Altitude is powered by a 3.6liter V6 engine that delivers confident performance for both onroad cruising and offroad challenges. This engine produces solid horsepower and torque, helping the SUV maintain strong acceleration and reliable towing capability. The powerplant is paired with either a 6speed manual transmission or an 8speed automatic, giving drivers flexibility in how they want to experience their Wrangler. Standard fourwheel drive ensures excellent traction and control across a wide range of surfaces, from paved roads to dirt trails and snowy paths.
One of the defining features of the Sport Altitude trim is its distinctive exterior styling. The Altitude package adds sleek blackedout accents, including black wheels, grille, bumpers, and badges, giving the Wrangler a more contemporary and aggressive look compared with other trims. These design elements make the Sport Altitude stand out in both urban settings and offroad environments without compromising the classic Wrangler silhouette that Jeep enthusiasts love.
The exterior design also includes Jeeps signature features, such as round headlights, a bold sevenslot grille, and a boxy, muscular stance. While maintaining these traditional design cues, the Sport Altitude adds refined touches that create a more polished overall appearance. Both softtop and hardtop options are available, and the removable doors and roof enhance the openair driving experience that has become synonymous with Jeep Wranglers.
Inside, the Unlimited Sport Altitude offers a comfortable and functional cabin that accommodates up to five passengers. The interior layout is intuitive, with easytoreach controls and durable materials designed to withstand both everyday use and adventure. Cloth upholstery and supportive seating provide comfort for longer drives, while available upgrades can add features like heated front seats for enhanced comfort in cold weather. The folding rear seats expand cargo capacity, making it easier to haul gear, groceries, or luggage.
Technology in the 2021 Wrangler Unlimited Sport Altitude focuses on convenience and connectivity. A modern infotainment system includes a userfriendly touchscreen interface that provides access to smartphone integration, navigation options, and entertainment features. Bluetooth connectivity and available premium audio systems help keep passengers connected and engaged during every journey.
Safety is also a focus, with standard systems such as stability control, traction control, and multiple airbags included to help protect occupants. Available driverassistance features such as blindspot monitoring, rear crosstraffic alert, and adaptive cruise control help enhance awareness and confidence on both city streets and highways.
Overall, the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport Altitude delivers a compelling mix of capability, style, and everyday usability. Its combination of rugged performance, bold design, and modern comfort features makes it a great choice for drivers who want a Jeep that performs just as well on weekend trails as it does on daily roads.

Cross wind squeal noise
By Kagreer | on Thursday, May 07, 2020
At around 70mph and a cross wind blowing from mainly to right side of Jeep causes a squealing noise coming from the dash. Took it to dealer who took out other 2020 and got the same result. He said it haha to do with the air intake process but was unable to fix. Not a show stopper love the car but by this time puzzled that a new car would have this kind of issue. Expect a resolution from Jeep!… - 5.0
Fun Willies Convertible - know what you’re buying
By Yellowdr | on Wednesday, December 23, 2020
Pros: Fun- Convertible for Off Road and Northeast weather. Great Pentastar engine and Willies Package options Great Style and modern convenience of Bluetooth. Makes for a good commuter for backroads and bad weather. Our 7th Wrangler. Good/Bad: Tires and suspension on Willies Model is just want I wanted but ‘newbies’ beware of bouncing and veering as aggressive tread on tires pulls Jeep around. Not intended to drive highways at 90mph if you’re not experienced with off road tires etc. My wife loved her unlimited with longer wheelbase but did not want to drive 2 dr wrangler for these issues. Cons: I hate the default engine shut off in traffic/stops. Default “should” be to turn feature on. Doesn’t seem to save a dime on gas or improve MPG. Very disappointed with this. Otherwise- MPG not better than previous models Backseat is not for adults but then .... it’s a 2dr wrangler Did I mention engine shut off default is terrible?… - 5.0
I love my Ruby the Rubicon! 10/10 all round.
By ruby the rubicon | on Thursday, April 09, 2020
I have had a Nissan Sentra, Honda CRV, Mercedes 230 sedan, Mercedes GLS ( which I still have and very much love to drive), Nissan Quest minivan, Ford Fiesta, Chevy Cruze and Toyota Sienna in my (and my wife's) driving life, nothing quite like a Jeep Rubicon! I got the leather seats installed at a reputable dealer. It is a pure joy to ride everyday. It combines authority with masculinity and civilization. Got it early for my 50th birthday, after many years of thought. Absolutely pleased with it.…
